Mr. Parker devotes the majority of his practice to commercial real estate, business transactions and development matters, and representing public bodies. He has significant long term experience in planning and implementation of transactions for a wide variety of businesses, including real estate acquisition, sales, land use approvals, leasing and financing; startup, purchase, and sales of businesses; estate and transition planning for family businesses.
Mr. Parkers regular clients include mega-auto dealer Serra Automotive in its real estate and financing matters nationwide, and the City of Flint in its economic development projects. He has served as Corporation Counsel for the Genesee District Library for more than 20 years and he serves as Corporate Counsel for Baker College.
